We send the plan to our operations team, who develop a schedule or programme of works based around your business, ensuring that any target dates are achievable.

Let’s get started. Our team of qualified engineers carry out the work as scheduled and following our comprehensive plan. We make sure to update our bespoke CRM system live on site, so we can create a progress or completion report for every customer once the work is complete.

As soon as the work is completed and all reports and certification has been set, we hold a final debrief to make sure that the goals and targets we set in the initial meetings have been met and to get feedback on our performance.
