Hybrid was recently granted the opportunity to submit a tender proposal for a planned preventive maintenance (PPM) package at Gilders Yard located in Birmingham.
This property is a recently renovated industrial building that houses 156 residential apartments and commercial units. Upon receiving the brief asset list, Hybrid created a provisional quotation, which was subject to a site survey. Following a site visit by Hybrid to verify all costings, all works were approved by Grainger, and required dates for the upcoming year were provided.
